ABSTRACT

To give full play to the important role of courses for ideological and political education in moral cultivation, teaching group in the course of oral histology and pathology in Zhejiang University systematically studied the teaching model of which ideological and political education integrated into the course of oral histology and pathology, and put forward a quality evaluation index system of the course. This paper emphatically introduces the general framework of the course, as well as the experience and practices in the aspects of resource mining, teaching design, curriculum evaluation, etc. The quality of the course was evaluated by using the system, which showed that the grade of the course was AAA (excellent) and 95.5% (275/288) students agreed to integrate ideological and political content into the course. The teaching group believes that the integration of the ideological and political content in the course reflects the complementary effect of "teaching" and "educating", and the ideological and political quality as well as the professional level of the teachers are the primary factor to determine the quality of the course. This paper aims at providing a reliable reference for promoting the construction of courses for ideological and political education in the area of oral medical education.

ABSTRACT

Abstract@#This paper starts with the theory on integration of schoolbased health education and physical education, illustrates current problems and difficulties, presents with solutions for integration development, and focuses on optimized strategies under the guidance of health literacy. The integration of health education and physical education in school settings is an inevitable trend to achieve the goal of school health education, with promotion in student health literacy being the ultimate pursuit and the direction of the curriculum implementation reform. To solve those problems, this paper puts forward the integration concepts of health promotion and health management, including universal education and individual intervention, external assistance and internal motivation; optimized strategies for building an efficient and sound health management system, exploration individualized health promotion intervention programs, cultivation of autonomous participation and ability, enhancement of professional ability among health education staffs, as well as optimizing school health education environment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of silencing metastasis-associated in colon cancer 1 ( MACC1 ) gene on proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer Hela cells. Methods siRNA MACC1 and siRNA NC were transfected into cervical cancer Hela cells with liposomes. The expression of MACC1 protein and mRNA was detected by western blot and RT-PCR. Cell viability and invasion ability were measured by MTT and transwell assay, respectively. The expression of cyclin D1, cyclin E matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2), MMP9 and the level of extracellular regulated protein kinases ( ERK) phosphorylation was detected by western blot. Results Compared with siRNA NC, the expression of MACC1 protein and mRNA was down-regulated, cell viability and invasion ability were reduced ( P < 0. 01 ) , cell cycle was arrested at G1 phase (P < 0. 01), the expression of cyclin D1, cyclin E, MMP2, MMP9 and p-ERK1/2 was down-regulated (P< 0. 01). Conclusions siRNA MACC1 can inhibit proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer Hela cells, which migiht be related to down-regulation of p-ERK.

ABSTRACT

Objective · To investigate the effects and mechanisms of pregnancy immune tolerance induced by a novel immunosuppressive agent FTY720 and to provide experimental basis for the clinical treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods · The mice of spontaneous abortion model were used as subjects. The effects of intraperitoneal injection of FTY720 on the embryo loss rate in mice of spontaneous abortion model and on the expression of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) in the decidual tissue were observed. S1P-siRNA lentiviral vectors and S1P-overexpression gene lentiviral vectors were constructed and transfected into dendritic cells (DCs) from mouse bone marrow. The effects of FTY720 on the embryo loss rate in mice of spontaneous abortion model after adoptive transferring of these two types of lentiviral vectors were observed. Results · FTY720 had no significant effect on the embryo loss rate in normal pregnant mice. Intraperitoneal injection of FTY720 significantly reduced the embryo loss rate in mice of spontaneous abortion model. The expression of S1P in the decidual tissue in mice of spontaneous abortion model was low. After adoptive transferring of S1P-siRNA lentiviral vector transfected DCs, FTY720 could slightly reduce the embryo loss rate in mice of abortion mouse model, but the effect was far less than that of before adoptive transferring of S1P-siRNA lentivirus transfected DCs. After adoptive transferring of the S1P-overexpression gene lentiviral vector transfected DCs, FTY720 could significantly reduce the rate of embryo loss in mice of spontaneous abortion model and the effect was more significant than that of before adoptive transfecting of S1P-overexpression lentiviral vector transfected DCs. Conclusion · FTY720 is safe. The induction of pregnancy immune tolerance may be related to the blockage of S1P signaling pathway.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the efficacy and incidence of complications of stenting alone and intratumoral injection of recombinant human adenovirus p53 combined with stent implantation in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients.Methods 2 4 cases with advanced esophageal cancer,who could only eat semi liquid,liquid food or could not eat,were randomly divided into control group(A group) and treatment group (B group).12 cases in A group were treated with esophageal stent implantation,12 cases in B group were given endoscopic intratumor injection of recombinant human adenovirus p53 combined with food tract stent implantation.Results The rate of improvement of dysphasia had no significant difference in survival period:the treatment group survival time of 3.2-38 months,mean (27.0 ± 2.3) months,while the control group survival time of 2.8-27months,an average of (14.7 ± 8.0) months,the difference between the two groups was significant (t =3.521,P < 0.05).The incidence rate of restenosis in treatrnent group was 8.3%,that in control group was 41.7%.There was significant difference (x2 =7.532,P <0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic intratumor injection of recombinant human adenovirus p53 combined with esophageal stent implantation in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma can prolong the survival time of patients with esophageal stent implantation,and to reduce the incidence of restenosis.
